FAQ

How does Sugora read my glucose data?

Sugora integrates with Apple HealthKit to read glucose data from your connected continuous glucose monitor (CGM) or manual entries. Make sure you've granted Sugora permission to read glucose data in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

What does "In Sweet Spot" mean?

When your glucose reading is within your target range (default 70–140 mg/dL), Sugora shows the green "In Sweet Spot" badge. You can customize your target range in the app settings.

How does meal impact tracking work?

When you log a meal, Sugora records your current glucose and checks your peak glucose 2 hours later. The difference is displayed as the "Rise" value, helping you understand how specific foods affect your levels over time.

Is my health data private?

Yes. All your glucose and meal data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage. Sugora does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal health information. Your data never leaves your iPhone.

Which devices are supported?

Sugora requires an iPhone running iOS 17.0 or later. It works with any CGM that writes glucose data to Apple Health, including Dexcom and Libre sensors.

How do I delete my data?

You can clear all logged meals and preferences by going to the app Settings and selecting "Delete All Data." Uninstalling the app will also remove all locally stored data from your device.
